Atlanta Business Chronicle recently named the finalists for the 2019 Atlanta’s Best Places To Work awards. (Check out the list here.) The rankings will be announced at the Chronicle’s Best Places To Work awards on the evening of Sept. 5 at the InterContinental Buckhead Atlanta.

We asked one of the finalists, Cumberland Group, to share some of the company’s secrets for becoming a Best Place To Work. Here’s what they told us.
