‘Whatever It Takes for Whatever’s Next’ Asserts Firm’s Commitment to Client Success
As part of a brand refresh, Cumberland Group today introduced a new client-centered tagline and messaging within an overhauled website, all reflecting the advisory and services firm’s commitment to customer satisfaction and success.
“‘Whatever it Takes for Whatever’s Next’ builds on the core principles of accountability and putting customers’ needs first, which were foundational tenets of the company that began in 2014 with a mission to help organizations successfully navigate business and digital transformation objectives,” said President and Co-founder Ken Snuggs.
“The tagline is both an outward-facing testament to that commitment as well as a rallying cry for our people—something to remind us of why we’re here and how we are always working on doing more and better for our customers,” Snuggs said. “We’re here to harness the developments from technology’s lightning- speed evolution and ensure clients are prepared for whatever modern business throws their way.”
After substantial companywide growth, leadership recognized it needed to evaluate the brand as a whole and make sure messaging aligned with trajectory and what had emerged as primary pain points among current and prospective clients. That process began in 2017 and in addition to the tagline, culminated in a new website and collateral package.
