Tricia Dukes is Director of Human Resources for Cumberland Group, where she defines and oversees hiring and employment policy, benefits, and payroll and has helped guide the company’s greatest period of personnel expansion. Dukes is a member of Society of Human Resources Management and earned her bachelor’s of science degree in Christian education from Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee.
